It rained all day today.
Today was laundry day for most of us. We found a tiny “coin laundry” a couple blocks from the hotel, so we crowded into it and started taking turns. I offered to be last, which I kind of regret, because it took me a long time to get that crap done. About a thousand yen later, I was ready to head back to Nipponbashi (and thus Den-Den Town).
I can’t really say too much about the trip. I bought the 360 version of Mushihime-sama Futari (region free; thank you, Cave) and the PSP Oneechanbara game from Sofmap, as well as some books and toys from the upper floors, but ran out of serious money as it started to get late and didn’t know of a nearby JP Bank machine. The other ATMs there didn’t like my card, and I was leery of trying to use it as a credit card, so I’ll have to go back. I took the train back from Namba — familiar territory — and studied a bit with the guys, but that was about it. I’m tired now, so it’s off to bed; our second week of classes begins tomorrow.
